We do not have special rules and limitations, you just need to place a minimum order of Rs. 2,000  Rs. 1,000 to avoid shipping charges. Shipping charges are free and this doesn’t mean it should take a long time. understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

When you order from our website, we will ensure that your Order gets dispatched within 24-48 hours and gets delivered within 3 to 5 business days at max. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a refund, excluding the cost incurred as shipping charges of all types which includes shipping and return of the product. You must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Cancellation Policy

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a voucher of the same value.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same before rejecting the delivery. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
